Moonlight Bride: Myths – Album Review

2 03 2010

After a bunch of previewing on a number of indie-based outlets, Moonlight Bride debuted their latest album in October of 2009. The sound is like a garage-bandish Arcade Fire crossed with a haunted house. Very distortion and wail-heavy, but overall a pretty good tracklist front to back (‘Young Guns’ is a current fave). Check them out if you get a chance; listen to samples directly from the Moonlight Bride myspace page. Read more to check out a cool video of a live performance.

Castle: Have Princess, Need Dragon

28 02 2010

I watched every episode since the pilot and while I enjoy the show (simply because i’ve nurtured it since inception), it’s definitely missing something. Read on for a full review and pics of the cast.
